PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION: Responsible for lease out of all possible leasable space in the shopping centers, maintain and obtain a profitable rental income, make sure our centers have a great tenant mix to attract new customers to the centers.

ASSIGNMENTS
• Total Rental Income and Tenant mix in all commercial premises
• Lease strategy/Lease Time Schedule Lease Plans
Lease Budget and follow up
Leading the department
Negotiations with tenants.
Create and approve sales material Exhibitions and tenant events
Trainings & Education for the department
Develop work methods, procedures and processes

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail shopping center operations and leasing
Retail knowledge
Fluency in English
